Inner Healing

How do I love myself more? How do I come to a place of inner healing? Inner peace? How do I rest well at night and get through the darkness and haunting emotions of pain? Sometimes, from pain that’s unclear, pain that’s unknown... what’s the root? When did this start?

God, I invite you into this broken place with me. I invite you to help me heal this wound, this memory. God, I give you access to my heart. I ask that you help me by shining your light. God, please reveal to me all that is happening in this broken place. God, I ask that you make it clear: What is this about? How can I grow from this? God, I invite you to meet me here🌹

I send love to you as you navigate through your self discovery journey. As you find inner peace. As you learn how to love yourself on a level you’ve never imagined. Allow self love to be your healing.
